I thought I'd give this a shot - I was working with the very cool en_analyzer external and was wondering if there's a way to get detailed section information about a track in Max/MSP such as key and mode? I see from the en documentation that this is generally available, but I only see rhythmic information relating to section being output in the en_analyzer object for Max. In the documentation it says the following about the section data:
sections: a set of section markers, in seconds. Sections are defined by large variations in rhythm or timbre, e.g. chorus, verse, bridge, guitar solo, etc. Each section contains its own descriptions of tempo, key, mode, time_signature, and loudness.
I would love to be able to get these section descriptions in Max if possible. Any thoughts on how to do this?
