Hey everyone, I am the author of echo-best, The Echo Nest JavaScript API for RequireJS, Node, and browsers. I just wanted to pop in and make the existence of my library known to the other JavaScript developers who use The Echo Nest.
In my opinion, the Client Libraries page should be updated. The two JavaScript libraries listed on there are node-echonest and Echonest-jQuery-Plugin. node-echonest is out of date, and its author recommends using echojs; however, I ran in to issues with echojs (tests failing). Echonest-jQuery-Plugin is also out of date. There are more Echo Nest JavaScript libraries out there, which I listed in the echo-best readme, but there were issues with each of them, so I decided to make my own.
