We have limited ability to provide full "fixes" for ambiguous artists (ie - those artists that share the same name as another artist).
We can do some limited curation to positively affect the outcome of some API calls, which we've done in this case (so - thank you for the report).
I would still keep the ban in place within your application to ensure nothing funny shows up for The Band.
