Thanks for the error messages! I am pretty sure that the first is totally my fault: there was a problem with the windows installer. My apologies, and try the latest version, here: http://static.echonest.com/remix/packages/remix-2.2.0.win32-py2.7.exe.
I am still not sure what might cause that ImportError - I will keep working on it, but it may be a Windows Server issue...
