ernesto - album search is not supported yet in The Echo Nest API - however, you may want to look at using the search feature of the Spotify Web API. You can search for albums with their API and you can use the spotify artist and track IDs with any of the Echo Nest APIs. Take a look at https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/ for more details.
