I've been trying to perform a search by Album name, but this doesn't seem to be supported (yet). Reading through the forums, I found out that you don't support Album names fully, but always mention that it's a feature that is coming in the future. I'd like to know if that is now somehow supported, or when we could expect this to happen.

ernesto - album search is not supported yet in The Echo Nest API - however, you may want to look at using the search feature of the Spotify Web API. You can search for albums with their API and you can use the spotify artist and track IDs with any of the Echo Nest APIs. Take a look at https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/ for more details.

Are you using Echoprint or ENMFP? (Did you build codegen from the source at http://echoprint.me or download it from http://static.echonest.com/ENMFP_codegen.zip ? )

It sounds like you might be using ENMFP but feeding it a streamed/recorded file (filestream15.mp3). This is not likely to work. If you post a link to the audio and the json string you get that might help tell what the problem is.

I successfully created a taste profile using iOS and AFNetworking but I’ve been unable to update it. I’ve tried post requests using AFNetworking (both prior version and 2.0) as well as NSURLConnection. The following shows a successful result but does not update the profile. Is there an example using AFNetworking or NSURLConnection to do an update using iOS?

I'm getting successful updates to a taste profile, but my TasteProfile#read response looks nothing like the sample:

TasteProfile#profile tells me that there are 2 resolved items, but these items don't look to be resolved - those are simply the params that I posted in the data block on an #update call.

In addition, calling a playlist method with this taste profile as the catalog yields an empty songs response.

I've been battling this past couple of days, not sure where I'm going wrong.

Is my data set just too small? is "spotify:track:track_id" not the proper Rosetta ID for Spotify?
